		<description>I have to say I do agree with you Kevin regarding &quot;teaching&quot; the youth to be safe rather then trying to protect and filter everything for them. The fear has already been created by the media, parents and peers so now rather then hiding from these issues or covering them up we can educate students how to protect them selves and as we already know, students know more then we usually give them credit for.</description>

		<description>Yes, the perception of a threat IS growing. However if the real threat is growing is been greatly debated. Though few instances actually occur they receive over the top press. Feeding the publics reception of a great threat online.</description>
