		<description>Many times I&#039;ve seen this type of a program tokenized. Students are &#039;allowed to help&#039; with tech support. But their privileges of what they can do come down to talking to the staff. 

That&#039;s been my experience at Capital. So a problem with this thinking, which is great and solid, Sylvia, comes from the fact that these ideas have often been &#039;de-bunked&#039; as useless to upper tier staff. The ones at District level and up, who make the decisions that often govern the individual school communities.</description>
